Move with intention. Return to yourself.

Solara Movement was created as a space for grounded movement, mindful connection, and intentional wellness. Through private sessions, group experiences, and corporate offerings, each practice is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move in a way that feels supportive to your body and life.

Hi, I’m Mackenzie Kisthardt.

My approach to yoga and wellness is rooted in the belief that movement should feel supportive, intuitive, and deeply personal. What began as a personal practice became a way of creating space for others to reconnect with themselves through grounding movement, breath, and presence.

I created Solara Movement to offer experiences that feel less performative and more intentional — whether that’s through a private session, a group class, or a wellness experience shared in community.

My Approach

At Solara Movement, wellness is approached as something deeply personal — not performative, rushed, or one-size-fits-all. Each session is created with the intention of helping you reconnect with your body in a way that feels grounding, supportive, and sustainable.

My teaching blends mindful movement, breath awareness, mobility, and strength in a way that encourages presence over perfection. Rather than focusing on how a practice looks, the emphasis is placed on how it feels — creating space to move with more awareness, confidence, and connection to yourself.

I believe movement has the ability to support not only physical well-being, but also mental clarity, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. Whether you arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, depleted, or simply in need of time for yourself, the goal is for each experience to leave you feeling more centered and supported than when you arrived.

Every offering is designed to meet you where you are. Some sessions may feel slow and grounding, while others are more energizing and strength-focused, but all are rooted in intentionality, accessibility, and self-awareness. Modifications and mindful pacing are always encouraged so that the practice feels inclusive and supportive to a wide range of bodies and experience levels.

At its core, Solara Movement is about creating space — space to slow down, breathe deeply, move intentionally, and return to yourself without pressure or expectation.
